About the role

As the Sales Support / Executive Assistant at Kimxin SCM Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic sales team and executive management. This full-time position is based in our Orchard Central Region office, just a few steps away from Orchard MRT station. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation while enjoying a flexible 5-day work week.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director

  • Responsible for order processing, follow-up closely and internal co-ordination with customers, Carrier and transport agent to ensure timely delivery.

  • Prepare and co-operate with internal and external agents to process or make available necessary shipping documents, export/import documents, etc

  • Provides after-sales support to Sales division and day-to-day business liaison with major customers.

  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and special requests as needed

  • Required to read and write Mandarins candidates need to liaise with ChinaHQ & counterparts

What we're looking for

  • Experience in freight forwarding / Shipping Line preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels

  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to quickly learn new software and systems

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks
