Position Summary
The ideal candidate will join the MX (Mobile eXperience) Business Planning team. The role involves business planning and operations, including processing sales and marketing budgets, and collaborating with Product Managers and Key Account Managers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- This role is to process marketing and sales budget programs for the MX division, supporting advanced planning and operations under the guidance of the Business Planning manager. This includes creating program details in ERP systems.
- Complete transactions and claims promptly.
- Manage and process external invoices and expenses such as sales rebates, target incentives, promotional support, sell-in / through/out incentives, price protection, or payments via credit/debit notes to/from customers.
- Analyze sell-out data from systems (GSCM, MCS) and compare with evidence received from partners’ claims for promotion results.
- Maintain accurate documentation, thoroughly checking and verifying all claim evidence to prevent fraud and errors.
- Communicate with customers (Distributors, Direct, and Indirect accounts) to verify invoices and documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping of all claims per account, as requested by Key Account Managers.

- Receives general instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new projects or assignments.
- Typically holds a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
