Sales Support Executive (1 Year Contract Renewable)

This role provides a comprehensive understanding of the insurance needs of corporate business entities and offers involvement in the entire sales process for corporate business insurance. It serves as a potential career pathway in the insurance industry, covering sales, business development, product development, case management, underwriting, and operations.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Support market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
2. Develop and implement tracking and fulfillment processes to improve governance oversight for customer and distributor campaigns.
3. Analyze sales data to generate insights and recommendations.
4. Assist with basic new business case management and policy servicing follow-ups.
5. Coordinate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and engagement events related to business development.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience in the insurance industry, business development, sales, or market research is advantageous but not mandatory.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
7. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
