Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the Sales team with order processing, coordinating with Operations and Finance for order fulfilment and forecasting, and handling administrative tasks related to project and customer management. The ideal candidate is organized, detailed oriented, self-motivated, and has a strong understanding of sales processes and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer order forms, create Sales Orders (SO) and Material Requests (MR).
  • Maintain and update customer payment terms and credit limits for approval.
  • Submit applications for new customer registration and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Update and maintain selling prices and material master data in SAP.
  • Provide supporting documents to Operations or Finance for Delivery Note (DN) issuance and billing purposes.
  • Track and update sales order statuses on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Submit credit memo requests or billing cancellation requests on behalf of the business team.
  • Support the business team in PS/PSQ creation and updates in OA/SAP.
  • Assist in analysing market trends and reports for internal use.
  • Support revenue budgeting and upload data into the BMS system.
  • Utilize CRM tools for data entry and reporting.
  • Provide supporting to VP for administrative tasks including but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Country Manager.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in a sales coordinator or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of finance and understanding of sales order and revenue tracking processes.
  • Experience with SAP, CRM systems, and general enterprise systems is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
