A leading company is seeking a Sales Support Executive to enhance its operations. The role requires maintaining thorough records, analyzing sales data, and improving customer service experiences. Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications and at least one year of sales experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this position.
Description of the Role:
The Sales Support Executive MUST at all times maintain confidentiality of all prices and plans and SHALL NOT disclose confidential information without the approval of her/his Manager.
Key Tasks:
Administration and Operational Functions (Primary):
Keep good records of documentation, including enquiry register log.
Provide monthly sales update and report.
Co-ordinate and lead meetings.
Prepare sales work order and handle over to project team.
Lead and execute improvement/new processes and customer service experience.
Ensure process conformance and local legislative compliance with appropriate standards and authorities.
Streamline sales operations processes to make the end to end sales process more efficient.
Analyze win loss sales data and recommend action items to improve win rate
Have an overview on all ongoing project enquiries, failed to quote, aging orders without project work order
Maintain the data base and library of all sales support documentations such as product catalogues, costing sheets, user guides amongst others.
Sales Functions (Secondary):
Support daily sales quotation and operation via the ERP system.
Follow up assigned sales enquiry.
Build and maintain good customer relation with assigned accounts.
Provide appropriate technical support to customer, consultant and prospect.
Other Assignments
Shall carried out any project/task/work assigned by Immediate Manager, General Manager and Directors as and when required to support the business.
Education
ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in engineering, business or marketing.
Knowledge / Experience / Others
Minimum 1 year industry sales experience and meeting sales goal.
Customer service and relations skill.
Familiarity with office software.

Able to perform multi-tasking
Independent, team player with good interpersonal skills
