Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage customer quotations for cable assemblies and electronic components, ensuring accuracy in pricing and lead time.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams (production, engineering, logistics) to gather cost inputs and maintain pricing consistency.

• Support Account Managers in managing customer expectations, tracking orders, and ensuring timely fulfilment.

• Assist in post-sales coordination, including delivery tracking and follow-up on project requirements.

• Proactively build relationships with existing and new customers to identify potential opportunities.

• Opportunity to be involved in New Product Introduction (NPI) and project execution for long-term career development.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or quotation management (preferably in electronics or manufacturing).

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a good understanding of pricing and costing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated and eager to grow into a more customer-facing or project-based role.
