To support the sales and marketing team in administrative matters such as budget and redemption management.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for submission and tracking of all budgets (Marketing Expense / Sales Allowance)
Tight coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate accrual of all budgets (Marketing Expenses and Sales Allowance).
Work closely with Internal teams members (Key Account Managers, Product Manager, Finance etc) and business partners to collate supporting documents for timely claims submission and payment settlement.
Closely monitor monthly savings and exceeded budget to ensure accurate expenses tracking for month end closing.
Coordinate with finance team on sales attainment updates and trading terms rebate (Accrual and Payment).
Provide daily updates on sales progress by individual retailers.
Weekly updating of channel inventory into system.
Work with external and internal parties to manage Samsung Redemption Management System (RMS).
Coordinate and liaise with External (gift vendors) and Internal (Supply Chain / Logistics) teams to ensure timely re-stocking of gifts to prevent disruption to consumer’s gift redemption process
Management of sample units. The go to person to arrange sample unit’s deployment and return.
Administrative support to HOD and Expat Business Manager.
Any other ad hoc duties required by Sales and Marketing team.
Skills and Qualifications
Diploma in any discipline (Accounting will be an advantage) with 3 – 4 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Excel and has knowledge of SAP system
