Qualifications

- Familiar with Key Accounts and Supermarket functions.
- Must be service-oriented, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Team with administrative matters.
- Compute and consolidate monthly sales promoters' commissions.
- Schedule manpower-related issues and documentations.

Education
Diploma/ITE or equivalent in any discipline
- Assist Sales Team with administrative matters
- Preparing and submitting Listing Forms & Promotional Forms on a timely manner
- Computing and consolidating monthly sales promoters, merchandisers’ commission for Management’s approval
- Scheduling promoters and merchandisers schedule, related manpower issue and etc
- Working closely with sales personnel and providing them with updates when necessary
- Maintain proper documentations & stocktaking
- Work closely with internal cross function team to ensure smooth delivery
- Work closely with Senior Sales & Key Account Manager to ensure promotions are plan and executed timely with respective channels
- Other ad hoc duties as per assigned & sales related support
