Your Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, your role as the Sales Support Executive will involve management of the regional bid process to support the wider Sales team's strategic focus of winning new business, maximising current strategic accounts and driving innovation. You will also have a pivotal role by contributing to sales performance reporting and forecast, updating and continuously improving sales collaterals and proposals, conducting specific sales processes tasks and collecting market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Management & Proposal Writing

    • Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process for new business opportunities

    • Draft, format, and submit proposals in a clear, professional manner aligned with corporate and industry standards

    • Ensure all tenders are compliant with internal governance and external client requirements

  • Advisory & Stakeholder Support
    • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, interpreting client requirements and identifying potential risks to the business

    • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to qualify tender opportunities and guide them through timelines and deliverables

  • Opportunity Identification & Delivery
    • Proactively identify new tender and bid opportunities

    • Coordinate all aspects of the tender process to ensure timely and high-quality submissions

    • Develop transition plans and service delivery guidelines for post-award implementation

  • Sales Enablement & Insights
    • Ensure all sales proposals and collateral are up to date, standardized, and aligned with brand and service standards

    • Contribute to sales performance reporting, forecasts, and market intelligence gathering

    • Support specific sales process tasks that improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • Degree qualified or equivalent, with experience in tender management and sales support

  • Proven track record in managing complex business solutions and projects independently

  • Experience working in a multinational or international business environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong writing and formatting abilities

  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Customer-focused with strong project management capabilities

  • Solid understanding of pricing structures and sales techniques

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly and logically

  • Well-organized and process-driven, with a meticulous approach to work

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools - especially PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project

  • Responsible, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
