► Basic up to $3500 + VB

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle sales order processing – quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
• Manage a high volume of inquiries and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate projects and support the lead manager to ensure timely execution.
• Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing).
• Assist in preparing and submitting tender-related reports and documents.
• Attend product training by vendors (online/offline).

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline
• 2 years of relevant experiences
