Assist and support the office administrative duties in Sales & Marketing.
Distribute and file all necessary documents and correspondence.
Assist on maintenance and update of Team Members records for the business unit.
Prepare proposals and contracts on behalf of managers to clients.
Handle hotel room inspection.
Handling day to day enquiries, feedbacks, quotation, coordinate and follow up with customers.
Communicate and coordinate with internal business units.
Managing documentation and administration.
Build credibility and trust by providing value added services via your interaction with customers and a high degree of responsiveness.
Participate in monthly meetings and proactively identify area for improvement.
Apply business and process knowledge to manage/recommend alternate courses of action in handling day to day operations/problem solving.
Attend weekly Sales & Marketing Meeting and take meeting minutes.
Handle and maintain the inventory of all stationery and office supplies.
Maintain complete knowledge of all Sales & Marketing matters.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Hotel policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, staff and employers.
Maintain professional business confidentiality.
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
