About the Role
As a Sales Support Executive based in our vibrant Singapore office, you’ll play a vital role in supporting business growth across the APAC and Middle East regions. Working closely with our Director of Business Development and cross-functional teams, you’ll help identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support sales initiatives that drive sustainability and innovation.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support and drive sales initiatives across APAC and the Middle East.
- Prepare persuasive quotation proposals tailored to client needs and service offerings.
- Provide essential administrative and clerical support to the sales team and management.
- Become an expert on Metizoft’s innovative software solutions and products.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines and records using HubSpot CRM and OneFlow.
- Coordinate proposal development by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Sustainability, and Operations teams.
- Act as a key liaison between Sales and other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows.
- Support customer negotiations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Assist in planning and participating in exhibitions, seminars, and training events to enhance marketing efforts.
- Provide regular sales activity reports and support onboarding of new sales team members with IT setup.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline. Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply!
- Energetic, enthusiastic individuals eager to grow within a fast-expanding business.
- Some experience (up to 2 years) in sales or related roles is preferred, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
- Interest or background in marine industry compliance and sustainability is a plus; we provide full training!
- A positive “Can-Do” attitude, proactive mindset, and strong team player spirit.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with keen attention to detail.
- Organized and systematic approach to work, with an understanding of how your role fits into the bigger business picture.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
