About the role

This full-time Sales Support Executive position at Geodis Singapore Pte. Ltd. is located in the East Region. As part of the Sales and Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales function and contributing to the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Provide quotations to customers, aligned with their freight management needs and in line with (CS)SOP, Geodis and industry policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance and increase revenue.

• Support the review customer’s freight requests and selection of appropriate carrier

• Provide pricing proposals for spot and regular quotation requests and maintain related costs

• Increase our hit rate and market share

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in Freight Forwarding.

• Pricing/Operational experience a plus factor

• At least 3 year’s working experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding industry

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Teamwork-oriented with a customer-centric mindset

• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and industry regulations would be an advantage
