Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor with expertise in both new and refurbished IT hardware. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and possess genuine TPM (Third-Party Maintenance) experience. They will play a crucial role in leading a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate the value propositions of our products and services to diverse clientele. The Sales Supervisor will leverage their industry knowledge and leadership skills to foster a high-performing sales team dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. TPM Expertise: Leverage genuine TPM experience to effectively communicate the value propositions of new and refurbished IT hardware solutions to customers.
  4. Data Analysis: Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to enhance sales performance.
  5. Operational Support: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience (5+ years) in sales within the IT hardware industry, with a focus on new and refurbished products.
  2. Genuine TPM (Third-Party Maintenance) experience is essential, preferably with knowledge of Data Centre hardware ticketing support.
  3. Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  4. Availability for weekend shifts and US hours to accommodate global sales operations.
