About the Company:

As a Customer Service professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support by handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience during every interaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to general customer inquiries and feedback across multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media.

  • Provide clear and accurate information on products, pricing, and stock availability.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints in line with company guidelines and service standards.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on the status of customer requests and ensure timely resolutions.

  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain proper records.

  • Analyze and compile data on customer compliments and complaints for reporting purposes.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field of study.

  • Ideally possesses 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service position, preferably within a service-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrates a strong customer-focused approach and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
