Job description

  • Position :Sales Support/Customer Service Executive (Logistic/SeaFreight Forwarding)
  • Location : Bukit Merah (Few bus stops from Tiong Bahru MRT)
  • Working hours : 5 days (Monday-Friday office hours)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 + AWS +Bonus + Mobile + 14 days Annual leave
  • Duration :Permanent
  • Industry : Logistics/Freight - MNC

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and customer agreements.
  • Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and customer service to support seamless order processing and service delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales documentation in CRM or internal systems.
  • Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and support sales forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for the Sales Team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new customers, including documentation and coordination.
  • Ensure timely submission of billing, invoicing, and credit note requests in coordination with the finance team.
  • Handle general administrative duties related to the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or support roles in logistics, freight forwarding or related industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM systems.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
