A leading company is seeking a Sales Support and Administrative Associate to ensure efficient scheduling and administrative tasks. In this role, you will prepare project quotations, manage client databases, and support management with appointments. Work Days: 5.5
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 8 am to 12 pm
Summary:
As a Sales Support and Administrative Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all scheduling and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This position reports directly to the Director.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare project quotations and send them to clients via the Xero System.
Manage and maintain the client database, updating all relevant client information and filings.
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Management.
Schedule appointments to meet daily project schedules.
Coordinate attendance of workers, promptly respond to any schedule changes, and communicate with customers professionally.
Collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve scheduling goals and eliminate information silos.
Accept other ad-hoc duties and initiatives as assigned and as needed.
Job Requirements:
Diploma graduate with at least 1 year of experience in sales support or a customer services role.
Proficient in Xero Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
Possess good communication skills in both English and Chinese, as some customers communicate solely in Chinese.
Ability to work in a focused manner, prioritizing workload and requests.
Possession of self-motivation and a team spirit.
Experience in purchasing and managing supplier deliveries.
