Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of corporate executives

  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible

  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate initiatives

  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues, coordinating catering, and managing logistics

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders

  • Compile and analyze data for corporate reports and presentations

  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma and above

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams

  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
