A leading company in the supply of fresh and frozen pork is seeking an administrative support role. This role involves managing order processing, supporting sales teams, updating marketing materials, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to start promptly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for E-commence Order, Shipping schedule and enquiry handling by chat.
Responsible for order processing and loading bay booking.
Updating of pricing / brochures / templates.
Support the sales teams in generating formal quotations.
Provide sales report to sales team and update sales information regularly.
Performing data entry tasks for sales figures and other relevant information.
Maintaining an organised and accessible filing system.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Good communication skills and meticulous in administrative work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
Incorporated in 1996, Our core business is the supply of fresh and frozen pork.
Our other ventures include Food Manufacturing, Cold Storage, Wholesale / Distribution, and import.
All our raw ingredients are sourced from SFA-approved establishments and quality is controlled through regular scheduled farm / plant surveys.
