Roles & Responsibilities
Handle overseas existing and new customers
Follow up on customer inquiries
Provide quotations to customers
Follow up with overseas existing customers for repeat orders and promote related products
Issue sales orders
Assist Vietnam Branch (SSBVN, SIGVN) with RFQs, sales, and direct imports
Manage sales orders (overseas)
Conduct customer evaluations
Prepare overseas trip forecast reports
Document sales meeting agendas and minutes
Compile sales personnel weekly reports
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Preferably possess at least a Degree/Diploma in any field
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
