This role involves preparing sales quotations, managing customer relations, and contributing to aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a Nitec qualification, excellent communication skills, and a dynamic attitude towards work.
Qualifications
- Min. Nitec in relevant field.
- Candidates without experience welcome; training will be provided.
- Experience in Sales Support/Sales Coordination, especially in HVAC & Ref industry, advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sales quotation and coordinate all sales and delivery orders.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Develop stronger customer relationships with top clients.

Report to: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Sales Quotation and Coordinate all Sales and Delivery orders.
- Expand and to value add to our distribution network both in Singapore and the region.
- Manager and resolve all complaints from customers in the region or consult your supervisor for advice if faced with extremely difficult customers.
- Develop stronger customer relationships with our top customers.
- Assist and extract information from SAP systems for management.
- Pursuing for aggressive growth in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning industry with sales target set by the company
- Any other matters as requested by your supervisors.
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec in relevant field.
- Candidate without experience is welcome, training will be provided.
- Candidate with relevant working experience as a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for Sales Department, especially in the HVAC & Ref industry will be an advantage.
- Dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
