Work location: Tampines

Salary Ranges: S$2,400

Work Days: 5.5

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm

Saturday: 8 am to 12 pm

Summary:

As a Sales Support and Administrative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all scheduling and administrative tasks are completed. This position reports directly to the Director.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare project quotations and send them to clients via the Xero System.

  2. Manage and maintain the client database, updating all relevant client information and filings.

  3. Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Management.

  4. Schedule appointments to meet daily project schedules.

  5. Coordinate worker attendance, promptly respond to any schedule changes, and professionally communicate with customers.

  6. Collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve scheduling goals and eliminate information silos.

  7. Accept other ad-hoc duties and initiatives as assigned and as needed.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma graduate with at least one year of experience in a sales support or customer service role.

  2. Proficient in Xero Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

  3. Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, as some customers communicate solely in Chinese.

  4. Ability to work in a focused manner, prioritizing workload and requests.

  5. Possession of self-motivation and a team spirit.

  6. Experience in purchasing and managing supplier delivery.
