Job description

Sales Support Administrator

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Basic Salary: SGD 3,200 – SGD 3,800

Location: Bedok

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales and Operations teams with daily logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound goods and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and delivery arrangements.
  • Maintain inventory control and proper filing of related documents.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and shipments with suppliers and customers.
  • Support managers with ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., MS 365 Business Suite or SAP).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, logistics, or sales support.
  • Have operational experience in dealing with cointaner shipment relevant parties
  • Knowledge of ISO/GDPMDS (for medical devices) is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team
