Job description
  • Position: Sales Support Admin (INVOICE/PURCHASE ORDER)
  • Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)
  • Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
  • Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Manufacturer of marine products (MNC)

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process new sales order leads (Customer's Purchase Orders and Sales Team Quotation to create job number from Navision)
  • Manage correspondence between the sales team and clients
  • Provide data and reports to support the sales team
  • Monitor pending orders in the system and provide complete delivery instructions to the logistics team for delivery arrangements
  • Assist sales managers in raising purchase requests
  • Answer sales phone calls
  • File documents and perform general office duties
  • Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Minimum A level/Diploma in Office Skills
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Must be PC literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Familiarity with Navision is an added advantage
