Sales Support Admin (INVOICE/PURCHASE ORDER) - Up to $3000
Job description
- Position: Sales Support Admin (INVOICE/PURCHASE ORDER)
- Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Manufacturer of marine products (MNC)
Main Responsibilities:- Process new sales order leads (Customer's Purchase Orders and Sales Team Quotation to create job number from Navision)
- Manage correspondence between the sales team and clients
- Provide data and reports to support the sales team
- Monitor pending orders in the system and provide complete delivery instructions to the logistics team for delivery arrangements
- Assist sales managers in raising purchase requests
- Answer sales phone calls
- File documents and perform general office duties
- Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:- Minimum A level/Diploma in Office Skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Must be PC literate (Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with Navision is an added advantage
