Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Handle sales documentation, customer inquiries/complaints, and support sales & service team by preparing quotations and follow up on the status with customers to close sales.
  2. Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders.
  3. Assist in order processing, tracking deliveries, and ensuring compliance.
  4. Expediting requests to rush orders and altering shipping information as required.
  5. Provide product information, address customer concerns, and support post-sales services, including monitoring warranty and service contract expiry dates of the equipment and follow up on renewal quotation for PM/CAL/Service contracts.
  6. Update the standard price list for equipment and services.
  7. Maintain sales records and inventory.
  8. Generate sales leads.
  9. Assist with sales forecasting.
  10. Schedule customer meetings and conferences.
  11. Willing to meet customers.
  12. Perform any other ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  1. Fresh / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience in sales support and customer service preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
