(Senior Executive - 1 Yr Contract)

  • Location : Toh Guan Road East
  • Working Hour : 5-days (Mon-Fri 0900hrs to 1830hrs)
  • Salary: Up to $3k

Job Description

  • Perform Sales Support responsibilities to Sales Team, reporting to Sales Support Head
  • Directly support the NES Corporate Sales Division with submitting competitive pricing / contribution analysis in local and global Request for Quotations (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) in accordance to Corporate Sales Division quotation guidelines and prescribed timelines
  • Prepare and submit on-time and accurate proposals and quotations based on the customers' requirements as requested by the NES Corporate Sales Division
  • Ensure that all rates (costs, tariffs, surcharges, local charges, etc.) are regularly updated and organized in the Corporate Sales shared folder
  • Communicate with overseas stations on customer’s requirements and rates quotation
  • Interact & align with Sales and Operational Department on on-boarding customer setup and SOP maintenance
  • Accurately and consistently file soft copies of quotations in accordance to Corporate Sales Division guidelines
  • Provide online or offline support to the respective Account Manager by initiating, following up on, and/or facilitating requests specific to customer requirements
  • Support to GAM & GTA accounts.
  • Support Management reports and Sales reports.
  • Support project or assignment as assigned by Superior

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma / Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 3-4 years of work-related experience in the industry
  • Demonstration of analytical and problem-solving skills, Excel & PowerPoint skills, interpersonal and team skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • A team player and self-motivated individual
  • Independent and able to work effectively in a diverse environment
  • Mature personality and able to work in a result-oriented and collaborative environment
