Support sales team in job processing and coordination of leads to ensure that the sales team are on track and funnels are updated.
Provide quality customer service by answering all inquiries through phone calls, email, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Compile daily lists of leads and delegate them to the sales team.
Maintain customer database on a timely basis.
Provide feedback on complaints and arrange any rectification with the workshop and salesmen.
Report any unusual activity to supervisors.
Perform data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
Assist in preparing a weekly sales report and an ad-hoc report when requested by supervisors.
Furnish client details in compliance with LTA rules and regulations (Offences/Fines) - Settlement of rental vehicle accident, police case, and insurance inquiry.
Attend to ad-hoc duties and administrative work as required by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Self-motivated and meticulous individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.
