Job Description

  • Understand the basics of the Partition and Operable Wall product range.
  • Support dealers/partners across assigned regions by providing assistance with specifications, pricing, logistics, POs, invoices, payments, etc., including but not limited to Thailand, Vietnam/Cambodia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Mongolia, and South Africa.
  • Provide day-to-day support to dealers for their inquiries.
  • Maintain positive relationships with dealers.
  • Work closely with the QS team to review specifications, provide complete information, and prepare layouts on OST or manually.
  • Collaborate with the drafting team and follow up on drawings.
  • Ensure quotations and drawings are accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and demand planning teams to follow up on stock, invoicing, and payments, ensuring timely receipt of payments.
  • Communicate upcoming projects to PM, demand planning, and QS teams to prepare necessary arrangements.
  • Maintain document flow and ensure SharePoint documents are up to date.
  • Update leads and projects in Salesforce, including dealer and key account information.
  • Consolidate project specifications and history from various regions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on proposal preparations.
  • Arrange samples/mock-ups for dealers.
  • Be prepared to take over a team member's workload during their leave.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of the partition and operable wall product range and ability to read architectural/construction drawings.
  • Attention to detail with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
  • Minimum diploma qualification.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
