Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Provides assistance and support to the business development team by responding to customer inquiries and maintaining sales-related databases to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling of customer inquiries and preparation of quotations
Monitoring open quotations and prepare weekly report for the Business Development person to follow-up
Conduct regular sales visits to deepen engagement with key staff, build and maintain strong business relationships
Compile daily sales leads for the Team Lead
Perform cold call and schedule appointment
Manage and ensure customer's feedback are handled timely and effectively
Proactive engagement in maintaining excellent rapport with customers
Record and analyse sales trends
Email marketing materials and preparation of sales kit
Maintain relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance
Follow up on sale leads and progress with the respective Business Development person
Attending to phone calls/ enquiries and active following up with customers
Support Business Development Team’s administrative matters and support to Business Development department
Manage incoming and outgoing emails
Filing of Documents
Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by management
Education and Experience Requirements:
Diploma holder with 2 years working experience
At least one year of customer service experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Personality Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications
Resourceful, meticulous, customer-focused, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team player
Proficient with MS Office
Passionate with good performance in active sales
