Job summary

A regional supplier in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to support dealers with specifications, quotations, and logistics. You will maintain relationships with partners across Asia and play a key role in project coordination. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, a Diploma, and is fluent in English. This position offers an opportunity to grow and learn within the industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the industry.
  • Understanding the basic of partition and operable wall product range.

Responsibilities

  • Support dealers and partners across multiple regions with various inquiries.
  • Maintain positive relationships with dealers.
  • Work closely with QS team to provide complete information/specs.

Job Description

  • Understand the basic of the Partition and Operable Wall product range
  • Support dealers/partners of all the regions assigned to you by providing help with specifications, pricing, logistics, POs, invoices, payment etc. i.e. including but not limited to Thailand, Vietnam/Cambodia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Mongolia, and South Africa
  • day to day support to dealers whenever they have enquiries
  • maintain a positive relationship with dealers
  • work closely with QS team, run through the specification and providing a complete information/specs and make up the layout on OST or manually.
  • work closely with drafting team and follow up on drawings.
  • making sure the quotations and drawings are being put together accurately.
  • work closely with logistic and demand planning team to follow up on stock checking invoicing, and payments. Making sure payment has been received in timely manner.
  • communicate the upcoming projects to PM, demand planning, and QS team to prepare necessary arrangement for the projects.
  • maintain document flow, making sure those documents saved in SharePoint are the most updated ones.
  • maintain and help to update leads and projects in Salesforce, update information of Dealers and Key/Account.
  • consolidating information of project specs and history from other regions.
  • coordinate with marketing team on proposal preparation
  • amples/mock-up arrangement to dealers.
  • able to take over the workload of a team member on leave.

Requirement

  • understanding the basic of the partition and operable wall product range able to read architectural/construction drawing.
  • good attention to details minimum 2 years of experience within the industry
  • minimum Diploma
  • fluent English - oral and written
  • willing to learn and take on additional responsibility
