• Hold regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and wholesale buyers.
• Handle escalated inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Support complex negotiations and escalated cases with key customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
• Willingness to work night shifts and split shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed.
