• Greet customers entering the store, manage the cash register or point of sale system, and assist customers in finding products.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are in stock.
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees. Organize and manage staff schedules.
• Be a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
