Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, train, enumerate, and retain a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Assist line managers to ensure client communication and maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
• Initiate sales activities, strategies, and plans to build brand visibility.
• Serve as a reference on work ethic, habits, and professional conduct.
• Develop and maintain records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.
• Control company marketing expenses to keep within budget.
• Attend trade shows and marketing events and represent the organization.
• Evaluate sales team performance and seek improvements.
• Identify market trends affecting performance.
• Ensure items are displayed correctly in malls, supermarkets, and other sales points.
