Job summary

AR RAHMAN KITCHEN & FOOD STUFFS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day sales activities, drive product activations, and ensure targets are met.

You will work closely with store, general, and production managers to align customer needs with product offerings. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to develop sales strategies, while maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective client communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, train, enumerate, and retain a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Assist line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
• Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans to build brand visibility.
• Serve as a reference on work ethic, habits, and professionalism.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.
• Control marketing expenses to keep within budget.
• Attend trade shows and represent the organization.
• Evaluate performance and seek improvements in the sales team.
• Identify market trends affecting performance.
• Ensure items are displayed correctly in malls, supermarkets, and other sales points.

A Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the success of an organization.
