Sales and Strategic Guidance
Engage with leads who have expressed interest in starting their career journey with us
Deliver personalized consultations, uncovering each client’s unique needs and guiding them toward the right coaching or growth solutions
Lead conversations that convert — with clarity, purpose, and empathy
Build lasting relationships rooted in trust, insight, and transformation
Customer Experience and Journey Mapping
Be a trusted point of contact — ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the client journey
Provide thoughtful, proactive communication, and positive customer experience
Continuously refine the customer experience to make it more impactful, seamless, and human
Operations and Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth, timely onboarding and tailored support
Identify process gaps or bottlenecks, and propose improvements that move us forward
Contribute ideas to improve our messaging, tools, or systems based on real client insights
Team Learning and Leadership Track
Share knowledge with teammates and mentor newer team members as you grow
Contribute to a culture of feedback, creativity, and performance
Take on leadership responsibilities as part of your growth into strategy or management roles
