Responsible for direct sale of pumps, systems, parts and services in Singapore.
Be accountable for both individual and Company’s sales target.
Undertake the leadership role among sales staffs towards developing new and key accounts and strive towards achieving the Key Process Indicators (KPI), sales goals and objectives.
Handle sales inquiries and generate proposals to customers for the sale of pumps and spare parts.
Initiate the creation of sales leads, follow up on sales opportunities and take ownership to follow up on quotations.
Work closely with customers to find application possibilities and propose suitable technical solutions.
Understand the targeted market potentials by constantly engaging customers and relevant stakeholders.
Actively review sales plans and activities regularly with Manager.
Manage and grow key accounts and find new customers.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in directly selling Positive Displacement (PD - Gear/Screw) and Centrifugal pumps or 1-2 years of sales experience in the Pump Industry for the Singapore Market.
Competent to sell PD and/or Centrifugal pumps into Petro Chemical/Oil & Gas Industry and/or Water sectors.
Experience in working with EPCs/Consultants/M&E Contractors.
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related.
