Your Role at Goodplus:

• Attend to walk-in and online customer enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable MDWs.
• Coordinate interviews between customers and helpers.
• Handle documentation and follow-ups.
• Use our in-house system to manage cases easily.

What We’re Looking For:

• CEI Certified (Compulsory)
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (MDW/maid industry is a plus)
• Driven, friendly, and responsible with a desire to succeed
• Good communication skills; English required
• Ability to speak Malay, Burmese, Hindi, Tamil, or Tagalog is a strong advantage
• Comfortable with tools like WhatsApp Web, Google Drive, and CRM systems
• Able to work independently and in a team
