Key Responsibilities
Build & Strengthen Client Partnerships

Develop deep, long‑term, trust‑based relationships with key customers. Understand their business priorities and deliver customised fresh food and ingredient supply solutions that support their growth.

Drive Sales & Commercial Strategy

Work closely with leadership to craft and execute revenue strategies, capture market share, and enhance the company’s competitive edge. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to refine business direction.

Expand Market Presence

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach. Further develop existing key accounts while increasing brand visibility and strengthening market position.

Consultative, Value‑Driven Selling

Analyse client operating models, uncover challenges, and translate insights into actionable, value‑added solutions that address both short‑term needs and long‑term business objectives.

Ensure Operational Excellence

Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely deliveries. Maintain high service standards to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields.

  • 3–7 years of sales experience (minimum 70% hunter role), ideally in fresh food, F&B, cold‑chain, or perishable goods sectors.

  • Strong track record of sales achievements within the industry.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients and suppliers.
