A leading construction materials company in Singapore is hiring a Sales Specialist to drive sales and strengthen client relationships. With 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction sector, you will manage client needs and deliver value. Responsibilities
To achieve sales target set by management
Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry
Be a HUNTER to identify opportunities from construction market and potential client for growth
Maintain and manage excellent customer relationship while understanding customer needs and delivers value
Evaluate and submit analysis on the potential of a new customer
Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developer, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc)
Keeps a close update on the site progress and provide material forecast effectively
Ensure there is constant communication to the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development
Communicate effectively with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments
Provide solution on case-to-case basis to customer
Provide support/ training/ troubleshooting to customer
Requirements
3–5 years of sales experience, ideally within the construction or building materials industry
Must have your own car or motorcycle for regular site visits
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
A creative problem-solver who can think beyond the usual to meet client needs
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive to succeed
A proven track record in personal sales performance, especially in project-based selling
Confident and persuasive, with the ability to engage stakeholders and close deals
A resilient learner with a positive, “can-do” attitude — even when things get tough
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm || 5-day work week
