A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Cloud Sales Specialist to manage sales relationships and sell cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sales, particularly with enterprise customers on platforms like AWS and Azure, and possess excellent customer service skills. This role requires the ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets through various methods, including cold calling and customer visits.

Overview

The Cloud Sales Specialist is an overlay role and will identify, sell, and maintain sales relationships within customer accounts in his/her assigned territory.

You will be responsible to build relationships with prospects and/or existing customers. You will play a big role in understanding the customer’s business objectives, and the technical components of our solutions, and utilizing a deliberate sales methodology in achieving sales objectives.

Job Descriptions
  1. Brainstorm and execute lead-generating campaigns such as cold-calling, edms, seminars, etc.
  2. Generate new business through customer visits, cold calling, and follow-up on in-coming sales leads.
  3. Oversee and execute end-to-end sales process for designated market segments with the manager.
  4. Prepare and execute the stages of the sales process, including qualification, solution validation, proposal, and negotiations.
  5. Create and achieve a sales pipeline to achieve targets set for assigned segments.
  6. Achieve sales target.
Requirements
  1. Having experience in the Sales field for IT strategy development is preferred.
  2. Having experience in selling Cloud-based business solutions to large enterprise customers on AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP is advantageous.
  3. Knowing cloud computing, such as Google Workspace, Office 365, and other related products.
  4. Excellent customer service skills and professional presence.
  5. Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
  6. Being proactive and driven in learning new emerging Cloud capabilities, and other disruptive technologies.
