Sales Specialist - B2B (IT Software Solutions)

Job Description: The Account Manager will work directly with the business team to generate new leads, maximize interactions, and close sales to meet targets. The role involves converting outbound leads into qualified appointments or closing sales independently to ensure the best client experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients via outbound calls and emails to potential B2B clients and follow up on leads.
  • Collaborate with the business team to generate leads across various sectors.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
  • Achieve personal and departmental targets based on calling data.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain professional and brand-aligned communication with clients.
  • Route qualified leads to the sales team or close deals independently.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Research and qualify new leads.
  • Stay updated on product and service information.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Assist other departments as required.
Education and Experience:

2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT SaaS/B2B services, with a focus on growth organizations. Highly organized, eager to develop new skills, and possess a positive attitude towards objection handling.
