Job summary:

• Flexible hours available

• Expected salary: $1,900 - $4,000 per month

Sales specialists are responsible for achieving sales objectives and handle all sales activities in order to achieve company's targets and goals.

Responsibilities of sales specialists include, but are not limited to:

• Welcomes customers by greeting them; ascertain what each customer wants or needs.

• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.

• Able to resolve all customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Perform Monthly Stock Inventory Check and Replenishments

• Arrange and display merchandise

• Keep merchandise area neat and tidy

• Perform casher duties

• Receiving of Stock and Documentation (Purchase Order, Purchase Return, Transfer of Merchandise etc.)

Staff is required to perform the following working shifts from Mondays to Sundays, including public holidays:

· Morning : 9.30am to 5.30pm

· Afternoon : 2pm to 10pm

· Full Shift : 9:30am to 10pm

Number of Off Days in a Month: 6

Minimum Number of Full Shifts Per Month: 5
