A retail company in Singapore is seeking a customer service associate to assist customers, manage stock inventory, and handle merchandise display. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and be organized. This role includes performing cashier duties and ensuring a tidy merchandise area.
· Welcomes customers by greeting them; ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
· Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
· Able to resolve all customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Perform Monthly Stock Inventory Check and Replenishments
· Arrange and display merchandise
· Keep merchandise area neat and tidy
· Perform casher duties
· Receiving of Stock
· Documentation (Purchase Order, Purchase Return, Transfer of Merchandise etc.)
