Job description
Business Development & Account Management
  • Develop your client portfolio by identifying prospects and initiating contact with key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and IT departments.
  • Conduct prospecting meetings independently and understand the specific challenges your clients face.
  • Work closely with Practice Managers and key partners to offer optimal solutions.
  • Organize regular meetings for project follow-up with clients.
  • Support clients throughout the deployment of proposed solutions.
  • Develop loyalty strategies and build long-term client partnerships.
Consultant Recruitment
  • Participate in recruiting ACT talent at Amaris, collaborating with the recruitment team or sourcing candidates directly.
  • Identify talents and manage the recruitment process to support growth.
  • Monitor projects and ensure consultant satisfaction at client sites.
Partnership Development
  • Strengthen key partnerships with Workday, Oracle, SAP SF, and Cegid.
  • Collaborate with sales and partnership teams for joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify client use cases and find synergies with partners to demonstrate added value.
Your Profile
  • Hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) from a business, engineering school, or university, eager to grow in a scale-up environment.
  • Be bilingual in English and French.
  • Have experience in sales and account management (including internships or apprenticeships), motivated to contribute to consulting activities' growth.
