Summary The Food & Beverage Division Account Manager is the face of the company for our customers and is responsible for the profitable growth of the field sales by building on existing customer and expending opportunities through new business and innovation. Account Manager foster strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and valuable expertise in cleaning and sanitation and delivering chemical and operational solutions to Food Manufacturing Establishment. They also have an appetite for growth and exploring new areas and opportunities to aggressively grow the business.
Business Planning and Account Prospecting
Meet sales and profitability targets – Area and Division
Analyse with manager business results, identify growth opportunities and action plans
Manage Grow to Win funnel and acquisition plan
Negotiate and close the deal and implement conversion and start-up plan
Deploy new programs and initiatives
Implement targeted price increases at designated customers
Establish service call plan to meet service level agreement
Account Management
Develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels
Service customers according to Service level agreement
