• Position: Sales/Service Coordinator (Electrical/Electronic) – Up to $3,500 – WEST

• Location: West - Pioneer

• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + 12 - 18 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Electronics Engineering/Lift Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Attending to incoming calls.

• Planning and scheduling of outdoor service jobs for service technicians all over Singapore.

• Attending to customers on service jobs and complaints.

• Scheduling of daily delivery of goods to customers.

• Preparing sales/service quotations & monitoring of customers' outstanding orders.

• Data entry for service job and other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of O’ Level with at least one year of working experience.

• Preferably with electrical/electronic background.

• Training provided.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak Mandarin.
