Role Overview:
We’re hiring Sales & Service Associates and Sales & Service Leads to be the face of the brand on the retail floor. In this role, you’ll engage with customers, provide tailored product education, and deliver a premium, service-led experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and genuine connection

  • Promote the brand’s mission and values to guests

  • Resolve customer concerns with care and professionalism

  • Achieve sales targets using store tools and incentives

  • Support visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory flow

  • Handle cashiering, daily reconciliations, and POS accuracy

  • Partner with operations, visual, and studio teams for smooth execution

  • Comply with policies related to inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention
