Role Objective

We are seeking Sales & Service Associates and Senior Sales & Service Associates to bring the On experience to life at Jewel Changi Airport. These roles focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing On’s premium brand identity. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, have a passion for performance footwear and apparel, and love engaging with customers, we want you on our team.

Customer Engagement & Sales Excellence

  • Be the first point of contact, greeting every customer with energy and enthusiasm.

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best On performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.

  • Master On’s cutting-edge technologies, confidently explaining innovations like CloudTec, Helion superfoam, and Speedboard to enhance product storytelling.

  • Execute effective upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize UPT (units per transaction) and APT (average price per transaction) while ensuring customers leave with the best possible gear.

  • Build genuine customer relationships, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat visits.

Retail Operations & Store Presentation

  • Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and overall store organization.

  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain a premium, inspiring, and visually appealing retail environment.

  • Stay adaptable in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport retail setting, ensuring a consistent and high-quality shopping experience.

  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and secure proper handling of high-value merchandise.

Effortless Checkout & Transaction Management

  • Process sales transactions with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.

  • Handle various payment methods, including credit cards, mobile payments, and airport tax-free transactions.

  • Assist customers with tax refunds, product exchanges, and promotional redemptions while maintaining premium service standards.

  • Ensure proper handling of store discounts, promotions, and loyalty programs to maximize customer value.

Brand Representation & Product Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with On’s latest innovations, becoming a go-to expert on product features and benefits.

  • Represent On’s Swiss heritage and performance ethos through authentic customer interactions and storytelling.

  • Support sales campaigns, in-store activations, and promotions, ensuring they are executed effectively to drive conversion.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in sportswear, fashion, or premium brands.

  • Passion for sports, movement, and running, with strong customer engagement skills.

  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to confidently recommend products and drive sales through storytelling and upselling techniques.

  • Experience handling POS systems, multiple payment methods, and tax-free transactions with accuracy.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, particularly in an airport or high-traffic setting.

  • Team player with a positive attitude, eager to contribute to a fun, dynamic, and goal-driven workplace.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, aligning with airport retail hours.
