Role Objective

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales & Service Associates and Sales & Service Leads. They will ensure that we deliver on our targets for engagement, guest education and interaction, creating a service-led environment on the sales floor, setting us apart from other retailers.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Leadership
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences through genuine connection, product education, and communication of our community and culture.
  • Lead and inspire a service-driven environment on the sales floor, assessing guest interactions and coaching team members to address gaps.
  • Foster guest loyalty by building meaningful, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Confidently introduce and promote all aspects of the business model ensuring guests understand the brand mission.
  • Resolve guest concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and a seamless experience.
Sales & Strategy Execution
  • Drive and exceed sales goals by leveraging company tools, incentives, and initiatives.
  • Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.
  • Support the processing of shipments, product flow, and replenishment to ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.
Team Development & Leadership (Lead Role)
  • Inspire and lead the Sales & Service Associates, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Utilize performance tools to evaluate team members, providing feedback and coaching to drive growth and improvement.
  • Partner with store leadership to create and implement schedules that prioritize business strategy.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Community & Studio, Operations, and Visual Merchandiser Leads to execute cross-functional training and ensure seamless business execution.
  • Partner with store leadership to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, and inventory control.
  • Execute company-level directives and initiatives, supporting all organizational goals and projects.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate records of lost and found items, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Cashiering responsibilities, daily cash floats, ensuring all cashier equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Perform sales reconciliation and investigate discrepancies, implementing preventative measures to mitigate financial losses.
  • Safeguard cash, assets, and store keys, ensuring adherence to company policies by all team members.
  • Any other ad hoc responsibilities assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-focused, sales-driven environment, with demonstrated leadership abilities preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members, fostering individual and team growth.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building genuine connections.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun into the workplace.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of excelling both individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
