A prominent hotel in Singapore is seeking a Sales / Senior Sales Manager to maximize all revenue streams and achieve targeted occupancies. The ideal candidate will establish lead generation, plan sales activities, and maintain strong client relationships. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the hotel industry and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual committed to driving business success.
As a Sales / Senior Sales Manager, you are expected to maximize all streams of revenue in achieving targeted occupancies and average room rates.
Responsibilities:
• Establish lead generation & acquire new accounts to achieve revenue goals based on market segmentation and budget
• Plan sales activities and set sales priorities to achieve the revenue goals for all segments
• Maximizing the use of resources to penetrate new accounts to achieve new business goals
• Develop ongoing relationships with the clients to ensure business continuity
• Ensure timely communication with the Sales team to achieve group and event revenue goals
• To carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Management
Pre-requirements:
• At least Diploma in business administration, marketing or a related field is required
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in the hotel industry
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, business oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
